The enamel Serving Tray, a deep sturdy enamel tray, ideal for loading up with slices of cake and a pot of tea. Falcon enamelware has been an icon since the 1920s and has seen a revival in recent years. Falcon enamelware is solid stuff. Made by fusing porcelain onto heavy-gauge steel, it is chemically resistant and it can assume brilliant long lasting colours. 

Dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 530F/270C it can be used on gas and electric hobs and won't burn. If you drop it, it may chip but it won't break ( and, in our opinion, that just adds to its character)
